They do their part! They are very friendly and understanding of situations. When my mom first had issues with her car I was quick to blame them and between roadside assistance, witham auto, and the Nissan dealership me and my mom had to deal with we quickly realized it’s not on pinnacle. They do what needs to be done and will fight like hell for their customers as long as they know the full situation that is going on. Don’t be afraid to talk to them and tell them what’s going on! Thank you to Justin, Nick and the whole crew. I went in looking for a third row to fit my whole family when needed. I didn't have a ton of money down that other lots wanted and payments at other places were double what I wanted to pay a month. Knowing how damaged my credit is, I was starting to lose hope of being able to build my credit while driving a reliable car for my kids. They didn't bat an eye. It was a quick approval process and I was able to drive off the lot in a 2011 Buick Enclave with less down than I was expecting them to need. From showing up to my appointment and leaving with the vehicle was about 1.5 hours. This is our second vehicle from them and we have been satisfied both times.
